Role Description

Communicate with retail customers (online clients) and work with other internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure all customer instructions are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities 

• Daily correspondence.
• Clients’ management by all communications channels
• Handling portfolios and accounts.
• Answering client’s inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/higher diploma (preferably accounting , finance ,business administration and public relation )

Skills required:

• Computer literate (Microsoft application)
• Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing)
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong listening skills
• Good communication skills.

Experience:

• Fresh graduate or one year experience in customer service field.
