Officer – Customer Services

Role Description
Communicate with retail customers (online clients) and work with other internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure all customer instructions are handled promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily correspondence.
- Clients’ management by all communications channels
- Handling portfolios and accounts.
- Answering client’s inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/higher diploma (preferably accounting , finance ,business administration and public relation )
Skills required:
- Computer literate (Microsoft application)
- Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing)
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong listening skills
- Good communication skills.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate or one year experience in customer service field.

Assistant Manager– Middle Office Management
Type of Job : Control
Division : Risk Management – Operational
Reports to : Head of Risk Management
Role Description
Performing Middle Office Functions under the supervision of the Head of Risk Management; Ensure control and risk mitigation activities are carried out on daily basis, in compliance with all regulatory authorities’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor – Risks and Controls on various products and services
- Review Reconciliation of Nostro vs Vostro transactions; brokers; Kuwait Clearing Company; custodians and banks
- Set up of settlement instructions
- Match counterparty confirmations
- Monitor country risk, foreign exchange risk and other market risks
- Monitor Risk and Control Self-Assessment implementation across KMEFIC
- Monitoring of suspense, provisions, P & L accounts.
- Jointly decide on any system changes with Back /Front Office.
- Monitor risks in Pledging, and Market Maker products; generate reports to the management.
- Monitor Trader errors and bridge gaps between front office and back office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Investment related experience with regulated authorities’ background and knowledge.
Skills required:
- Financial markets knowledge.
- Computer literate (Microsoft application).
- Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing).
- Effective communication skills.
- Report writing skills.
Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations, Control of asset under management processes in Investment Institutions.
