Financial Broker

Role Description
The Financial Broker will play a key role in executing clients’ investment transactions across various markets while ensuring high standards of service and compliance with KMEFIC’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute trades and provide clients with professional support.
Support clients in online trading and portfolio management.
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and investment strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Finance or Banking.
Possession of CISI certification is required.
Skills required:
Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (reading and writing)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the online trading field.

Officer – Customer Services

Qualifications

Officer – Compliance
Type of Job : Business
Division : Compliance Department
Reports to : Head of Department
Job Description:
Contribute to ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, focusing on customer due diligence, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review KYC forms, perform customer due diligence, and monitor alerts through monitoring systems.
- Ensure compliance with AML, FATCA, and CRS regulations, including monitoring daily transactions and reporting.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and circulars issued by regulatory bodies and ensure their implementation across relevant departments.
- Update company policies in alignment with regulations and laws issued by regulatory bodies.
- Manage and follow up on disclosures and reports submitted to regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, audit management or similar fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Capital Markets Authority laws of the State of Kuwait.
- High accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking).
Experience:
- Two years of experience in Compliance Field.
