Reports to : Supervisor
Role Description
Supporting operations of the brokerage and investment divisions by answering and provide customers with full financial products and services and assisting them in placing orders over the phone, with customer service standards set by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customers’ requests.
- Place and execute clients sell, buy, modify and cancel orders through different channels for own markets
- Provide customers with Markets News.
- Clarify and explain procedures for respective products and services over the telephone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma (Finance, Banking)
- CISI Certificates
Skills required:
- Financial markets knowledge.
- Computer literate (Microsoft application)
- Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing)
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong listening skills
- Good communication skills.
Experience:
- Two years of experience in Online Trading Field
