The Compliance Department of KMEFIC reports directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. It ensures that the company is committed to the laws and regulations of the various regulatory bodies in Kuwait. The Compliance Department follows up with the company’s disclosures to regulatory authorities and ensures applying the Corporate Governance rules.
