The company has an independent Internal Audit department that reports directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The Internal Audit department provides oversight and advisory services to assist the Board of Directors and the company in achieving its goals in addition to adding value to the company. The Audit department applies the international standards issued by the International Institute of Internal Auditors in all of its processes.
